First conversation – getting to know the situation

We start with a private intake with each person involved. You’ll be able to speak openly about the problem, how you feel, and what you need.

Strategy & plan

After the intake, we’ll create a plan that fits your situation. This might include joint sessions, one-on-one coaching, or communication exercises.

Onsite Observation Day

We'll visit your workplace to observe how team members interact and get a feel for communication patterns in action.

Conflict sessions (1–4 sessions)

We meet together (or in smaller groups) to work through the problem. These are practical sessions, with exercises to improve understanding, rebuild trust, and make clear agreements.

Optional Group Training

If the conflict points to deeper team issues—like miscommunication, unclear roles, or tension—we offer a custom training session. It's hands-on, practical, and tailored to your team’s specific challenges. No theory, just real situations and solutions.

Wrap-up & follow-up

We finish with a short meeting or call a few weeks later to check in and make sure everything is on track.
